Commonwealth Aid International conducted a Professional School Counseling program in 2018, with the aim of promoting the mental health and well-being of students in Ghana. The program involved training school counselors on best practices for working with students, including providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment. Through this program, Commonwealth Aid International aimed to improve the academic performance and personal development of students, as well as reduce school dropout rates. The program was well-received by school administrators and counselors, and has had a positive impact on the lives of many students in Ghana.
