Our Work.

What We Do

Commonwealth Aid International is dedicated to improving the lives of the vulnerable, marginalized, and deprived members of society in Ghana.

Our Programs

We achieve this by implementing a range of programs and activities that are designed to address the root causes of poverty, illiteracy, and lack of access to basic resources and services in rural areas.

Education

We believe that education is the key to unlocking people’s potential and creating lasting change in communities. Our education programs include scholarships for indigent and less privileged scholars who have the mental ability and sincere desire to further their studies. We also support mass literacy campaigns and have established ICT training centers in various communities to enhance technology know-how in the youth.

Health

We visit hospitals and orphanage homes and donate items like drugs, food, clothes, money, and other items to patients/orphans. We also pay medical bills/fees for some who cannot afford them.

Rural Development

We undertake community development programs through skills acquisition and entrepreneurship coaching, research, poverty alleviation, and governance. We also set up micro industries in various communities to promote market and job opportunities in the villages/communities.

Job Creation:

We find jobs for people who are unemployed so that they can also have a chance to improve their lives.

Entrepreneurship

We help and motivate entrepreneurs in their endeavors by providing coaching and training assistance on business management programs like sustainability management, leadership skills, customer relationship, accounting, financial management, human resource management, marketing and sales management skills to artisans like carpenters, masons, bead makers, shoe makers, tailors, seamstresses, beauticians, hair barbers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other ventures.
